Meet Dr. Michelle Phelan - Jacksonville, FL

Dr. Michelle Phelan was raised here in Jacksonville and graduated from Fleming Island High School. As a “double gator”, Dr. Phelan completed both her undergraduate studies and Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the University of Florida. She later completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the University of Texas at Houston.

She has been practicing family & cosmetic dentistry since 2018. She spent her earlier years practicing in Houston, Texas and Ocala, Florida. She is thrilled to finally be back in Jacksonville providing care to this community she knows as home. Her clinical focus is on cosmetic, general and implant dentistry, with an emphasis on patient comfort. She enjoys staying active in numerous dental associations and taking continuing education in orthodontics, facial esthetics and implant dentistry. This drive for professional growth reflects her commitment to providing the highest level of dental care to her patients.

Dr. Phelan met her husband, Dr. Bell, in dental school. They were married in 2023. When time permits, she enjoys exercising, traveling and being outdoors with their son, Henry, and two dogs, Archer and Millie. Spending a day at the beach with the family sounds like the perfect outing. The entire family loves to cheer for the Florida Gators and Jacksonville Jaguars. She looks forward to meeting you and taking wonderful care of you and your dental needs.
