What is Teeth Whitening?
Whitening can lift years worth of stains and deep discoloration from your teeth. We use high-quality and safe whitening agents to deliver immediate, drastic results. You can choose from either in-office whitening or our convenient take-home whitening kit. Whitening is a great way to spruce up your smile and improve your overall appearance.
Why would Teeth Whitening be needed?
The reason teeth whitening might be beneficial for you is because you are ready to get rid of stains, discoloration and the dullness and yellowing that you’re currently experiencing. You might have a big event coming up, like a reunion or wedding, and you need a whiter, brighter smile. For some, they’re graduating to professional whitening after years of using store-bought whitening kits that delivered minimal results.

Who is a candidate for Teeth Whitening?
Whitening works best on natural teeth, as it will have no effect on restorations like crowns, bridges, veneers or bonding. Your teeth should be healthy enough to be whitened. We will examine your teeth to determine if whitening is right for you. Most patients who need or want whitening can safely have it done in our office.
What happens during Teeth Whitening?
For our in-office whitening, we’ll sit you comfortably in one of our operatories. We use special dental instruments to keep your lips away from your teeth to improve the results of the whitening. We then apply a thin layer of whitening gel to your teeth and accelerate these results using a bright light. Our take-home whitening involves taking impressions and making custom trays just for you. You will be provided with a whitening gel that is placed inside of these trays. You will then be instructed on how and when to wear the trays at home. You get to keep the whitening trays for future touch-ups so that your smile is always white, bright and beautiful without needing to scour store shelves.
