Meet The Team - Jacksonville, FL

A Jacksonville native, Tarah began her dental career in 2016 and quickly advanced into leadership. Since joining our team in 2024, she brings strong leadership, organization, and a passion for creating a smooth and supportive experience for both patients and team members.

Jasmine has been a dedicated part of our team since 2019, growing through multiple roles across the front office. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, she’s passionate about supporting patients with clarity and care.

Together, Jasmine and Tarah bring experience, leadership, and heart to our practice, and are committed to fostering a positive, family-like environment where both our team and patients feel supported every step of the way.

In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, baking, listening to Christian music and vacationing in Puerto Rico. Her favorite tv show is “Breaking Bad” and her favorite movie is “US.”

As a patient in our office, you can expect to be at ease when you’re in her dental chair. While providing care for you, she will be sure to brighten your day with a beautiful smile.

Diana has been a dental hygienist for 26 years. She received her Associate of Dental Hygiene at NOVA in VA. She is a native of FL.

In her spare time, she enjoys working alongside her fiancé on projects in their new home in Nocatee. They have the most loving fur baby, Abby. She also loves spending time with her niece and nephew.

Molly brings over 30 years of dental experience to our team, beginning her career in 1993 as a dental technician in the U.S. Navy. During her service, she earned an A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene from the Community College of Rhode Island. After completing her military service in 2001, she continued to grow in the field, earning a B.A.S.D.H. from St. Petersburg College in 2010.

Originally from New Orleans, Molly is a proud veteran, devoted mom, and loving dog owner. Outside the office, she enjoys beach days with her children, cycling, and road-tripping with her toy schnauzer, Kipper. A true foodie, she also loves exploring the diverse and delicious cuisine Jacksonville has to offer.

As one of our certified registered dental hygienists, Molly is passionate about creating a comfortable, personalized experience for every patient. Her goal is to partner with you on your journey to optimal oral health—and to help you achieve the smile you’ve always dreamed of. We’re confident you’ll appreciate Molly’s expertise, gentle care, and signature Southern charm.

​Ashley is a highly skilled, cross-trained dental assistant with certifications in phlebotomy and CPR. With her knowledge, she serves as the periodontist’s lead assistant, where she scrubs in for all of the periodontal surgeries. She also assists with the general dentists when needed. She brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our practice. Ashley is empathetic and proficient in her role where she ensures top-notch patient care and support within our office

Geri is our lead dental assistant and a vital part of the clinical operations at our practice. He oversees the day-to-day flow of the back office, ensuring that clinical staff are well-coordinated, efficient, and supported. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Geri has also taken on the role of our in-house lab technician.

Originally trained as a dentist in Albania, Geri brings a high level of clinical knowledge and hands-on experience to the team.

Sabrina is a graduate from Fletcher Senior High; class of 1991. She completed her dental assistant certification course in April 1992. She’s a beach girl at heart. Sabrina’s mother met her father in Fayetteville, NC, where she grew up an “Army brat”. She has a 16-year-old son, named Calvin Michael, who plays rugby and is a certified scuba diver. Sabrina loves her city, and she loves helping people even more. With her charismatic personality, dental assisting allows her to shine. Here at Blue Sky Dental Group, with the amount of combined expertise, she continues to grow in the dental field.

Dayana is Dr. Lorenzo’s lead orthodontic assistant. You’ll either meet her directly or she’ll be behind the scenes to make sure your orthodontic experience is moving smoothly. Dayana is also fluent in Spanish.

Estefanía is the treatment plan coordinator at Blue Sky Dental. With a background in Spanish Literature and World Religions, she brings a culturally informed and empathetic approach to patient care. Estefanía specializes in helping patients understand their treatment plans with clarity and compassion, ensuring they feel supported at every step. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, informed, and stress-free dental experience for every person who walks through our doors. Her ability to communicate effectively across diverse backgrounds makes her an integral part of our team

Adrianne is one of our front desk receptionists who enjoys creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and supported, whether it’s answering questions, scheduling appointments, or just sharing a friendly smile. She’s always happy to help and loves being part of a team that makes a difference every day. When she’s not at work, you can find her spending time with her family at the pool or beach while relaxing with a good book. Adrianne is also fluent in Spanish.

Caitlin began her dental assisting career here at Blue Sky Dental Group in 2017 as an intern fresh out of DA school. She graduated as an EFDA (expanded functions dental assistant) on the dean’s list with honors and perfect attendance. She started in patient care, then slowly made her way to the administrative side where she is thriving! “I’m that weirdo that loves paperwork.” Caitlin worked at BSDG for 4 years before taking some time to raise her two youngest babies. In August of 2024, she made her grand return to BSDG working remotely with the VA department of our office. She is responsible for sending out and receiving veteran referrals and ensures all the codes needed for each appointment are approved and in order. As a member of a military family herself, she takes great pride in ensuring a smooth and efficient process while coordinating appointments for our veterans. Caitlin says that Blue Sky and our patients have always held a special place in her heart, and she holds a very special place in ours.
